Franchisee Code of Conduct
When Dealing with Young Players and Parents
Forward
When drawing up this code of conduct I was really aware of a few things, it goes deeper than safety it’s about seeing these young players come and having an awareness of how they are what type of day they had at school? How their mums and dads are? How their siblings are? It’s about knowing the players on an individual level and the parents, I have been there for a number of families who have gone through the loss of a parent and together we have tried to help through the grieving process, it’s all about connecting and helping,
at DM elite coaching our coaches should have high professional standards but also show you humility and understanding it’s what sets us apart.
